Privacy policy
This page covers this website, corevezel.com, run by CoreVezel Tech, a registered company in Sri Lanka. Our products have their own policies: PodiBot and ClearCent.
What we collect
- If you email or call us: your name, contact details and what you tell us, so we can reply and, if you hire us, do the work.
- Short technical logs kept by our hosting provider (for example errors and timings) to keep the site running.
This site has no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics. The contact form on the home page does not send your details to a server: it opens your own email program with the message filled in, and nothing is stored until you send it.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to quote for and deliver a project you ask for, and to keep records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell personal data.
Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers, only to run those services. For client projects, any processors are agreed with the client in writing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 12 months. Records for paid work are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@corevezel.com.
